This strategy was commissioned in order to implement a key recommendation contained within the Interpretive Plan for the South Wales Heritage Initiative (PLB), by helping to improve the interpretation of the story of industrial South Wales (iSW) over the next five years. The long-term objective is to see the development of a wide range of performance led interpretation projects, which will enhance the experience for local residents and visitors, whilst also increasing community involvement, pride and a sense of place.
